When you have a referral you will simply browse through our nationwide directory for a Realtor in the area wherein you have a referral, open the link to their website, contact that Realtor, then fax that Realtor our standard Referral Sheet. (Realtors that are part of the National Referral Network are distinguished in directory listings by the phrase: 'Member of the National Referral Network')
Moreover, everyone in the National Referral Network has already signed a standard contract. This contract sets the terms upon which all referrals among network members will be transacted. We handle 'follow-up' calls to verify whether or not the client you referred has entered into escrow and we handle the disbursement of referral funds upon closing.
